International Shipping (Direct from Supplier in Korea)

Products including Botulinum Toxins, Dermal Fillers, Skin Boosters, Chemical Peels, and Fat Dissolvers ship directly from our supplier in Korea to ensure you receive genuine, high-quality items.

  • Processing time: 24–48 hours after payment reflects in our bank account.
  • Estimated delivery time: Approximately 2 weeks after processing.
  • Notes: Delivery timelines can vary due to customs clearance, logistics, and public holidays.

Local Shipping (Within South Africa)

All other products are shipped locally using trusted South African courier services.

  • Processing time: 24–48 hours after payment reflects in our bank account.
  • No weekend/public holiday processing or dispatch.
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after processing.

Worldwide Shipping (Other Products)

For international destinations outside South Africa (non-Korea direct items), typical delivery windows are:

  • Foxy Beauty is not liable for delays, returns, or undeliverable parcels due to incorrect, incomplete, or missing delivery information.
  • If you spot an error immediately after ordering, email foxybeautyza@gmail.com with the subject: URGENT SHIPPING ADDRESS ERROR. We’ll do our best to help before dispatch.

Tracking & Notifications

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • Depending on your country, import taxes, customs duties, or fees may apply. These are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Foxy Beauty and our logistics partners are not responsible for import tax assessments or seized goods.
  • If a parcel is returned due to unpaid import fees or local restrictions, reshipments or refunds are not available.

Uncollected or Returned Parcels

  • If your local post office/courier cannot deliver or a parcel remains uncollected, it may be returned.
  • In such cases, Foxy Beauty cannot be held liable. Additional charges may apply for any reshipment.
